Rates

Clinical Services are $250 per 50 minute session

Forensic Services rates are $400 per hour and are paid in advance on a retainer basis. 

Insurance

Please check with your individual insurance company for possible out-of-network benefits to obtain reimbursement for services paid. 

Most clinical services are private pay only 

Sliding Scale/Fee Reduction

Fee reductions are handled on a case by case basis and based on financial need. We strive to make treatment attainable and workable for the motivated patient. 

Payment

We accept most forms of payment including cash, check and credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that Dr. O'Hara require a 24 hour notice for any cancellations and untimely cancellations may incur charges.
